International Preparatory Application 2010-2011

Applications due by December 11, 2009

Selection for the I.P.M. Program will consist of:

*     Application 

*     A review of student achievement data (CSAP and school report)

*     Parent Nomination Questionnaire form

*     Teacher recommendation form

*     Math and writing test

*     Interview

*     I.P.M. Committee review

Application and forms are due:  By December 11, 2009 (postmark will be accepted; late applications will be taken but may have to wait until June or August to be accepted.)

Testing dates:

Thursday, January 7, 2010                

3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.                   

OR                             

5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.                   

OR

Saturday, January 9, 2010

8:30 a.m.-10:00.m.

OR

10:30 a.m.- 12:00 noon

Interviews will take place in late January and early February.
