Every Friday we send out the “Heads Up Hamilton” to our families and staff. This email newsletter includes reminders about school logistics and information about upcoming opportunities for students and parents to get involved.
If you would like to have an item included in the Heads Up, please use the Hamilton Submissions Form below and select “This is an Announcement.”
When submitting an announcement, please remember to include:
- Dates / Times
- Who needs to know the information (is this for parents? Students? Be specific)
- Who to contact if anyone has questions
SUBMITTING A NEWS STORY
Every other Tuesday we send out the “Husky Herald” to our families and staff. This newsletter is a compilation of the good news and celebrations from the previous two weeks.
If you would like to have a news story included in the Husky Herald, please use the Hamilton Submissions Form below select ” This is a News Story.”
When submitting a news story, please remember to include:
- Context – give our readers as much information as possible about the celebration you are submitting
- Spell out acronyms
- A picture
- Include full names for any students mentioned or pictured
