As you may have heard, Hamilton will be distributing needed technology for students to complete remote learning.
- a Chromebook
- a charger
- access to the internet.
If your scholar has all of these then they are ready for remote learning and you DO NOT need to pick anything up.
Distribution will take place:
Wednesday 3/25: 2:00-5:00pm
Thursday 3/26: 12:00-3:00pm
Please note that no one (other than authorized staff) can be allowed in the building.
We prefer that you drive so as not to “cross paths” with others outside of your home family members.
When you arrive by car, please queue up in the circle drive in front of the school. Keep to the right and do not get out of your car. Once you get to the distribution area, you will unroll your passenger window to communicate and receive your technology by opening your trunk for the disinfected items to be placed in the trunk.
If you arrive walking or on bike: there will be orange cones set up six feet apart from each other along the sidewalk by the auditorium up to the distribution. Stay at your cone until the person(s) at the cone in front of you move up. DO NOT TOUCH THE CONES.

Your student’s first and last name
Your student’s student ID (lunch) number
The needed technology
As a 1:1 school, you have already received a chromebook and charger. Anything received during distribution, MUST be returned and will follow the same guidelines and expectations as the MyTech agreement you signed at the beginning of the year entails.
Please remember to practice social distancing at the school and keep each other safe and well. We will try to be as efficient as possible, but we will prioritize health and safety above all else.
