Virtual Option for Tonight’s Community Meeting

We have set up a virtual option for people who cannot attend tonight’s meeting. Below you will find the link to join the meeting on your computer or call in on your phone. We do have some limitations for those joining virtually:

  • We are using a free service that sets the time limit of the meeting at 40 minutes. This is enough time for us to present the options and share the link for the feedback survey, but if we go over that time and the meetings ends abruptly we apologize.
  • In order to make sure we get through all the important information we will not be able to take questions from virtual participants during the meeting, so please make sure you fill out the survey and reach out with your questions!!
  • The virtual meeting can only accommodate 100 participants so it will be first come first serve.
  • We will make sure we share the information, including the feedback survey,  via email after the meeting.

Information for Participants Joining in Person

Please join us for a community meeting the evening of Thursday, Dec 12 at 5:30pm in the library to present schedule options for the 2020/21 school year!

School start time will stay the same, but we have different options for class schedules during the school day.

At this open community meeting, we will give more information about our options  and then invite you share your perspectives so we can hear more input.
