Dear Hamilton Parents and Community,
As some of you may be aware, last week I experienced a severe injury to my knee. Today, my doctors recommended that I take a leave from my position as Interim Principal until November 3, 2021.
I know the timing is unfortunate, but I am excited to inform you that Dr. Wes Montoya will be the Guest Principal until my return. Dr. Wes Montoya is a long-standing retired principal from Denver Public Schools. Ms. Amber Shearer and Ms. Rachel Langberg will continue to serve as Assistant Principals supporting Hamilton and Dr. Montoya. Should you have any questions, comments, concerns, or feedback, please do not hesitate to contact them.
It has been a pleasure serving as your leader and I look forward to seeing all of you soon in November.
