Reunión ELA PAC| ELA PAC Meeting

Estimadas familias maravillosas,

Lamento no poder unirme en persona a nuestra reunión ELA PAC. Me he estado recuperando de una baja médica. Quiero aprovechar esta oportunidad para compartir un saludo de bienestar y salud a todas y cada una de sus familias. ¡Nos sentimos honrados de que usted y sus hijos sean parte de nuestra familia de Hamilton!

Hoy, quiero extender mi más profundo agradecimiento a Martha Gomez, nuestra valiente y maravillosa líder de nuestro Equipo ELA. La Sra. Gómez ha liderado nuestra comunidad con sus brillantes habilidades como educadora y líder. Ella ha puesto su corazón en su liderazgo y en la mejora de la equidad y la inclusión de nuestra rica y diversa comunidad lingüística en Hamilton. A lo largo de su mandato, ha liderado un crecimiento espectacular en los logros evaluados de nuestros estudiantes y en el estado en el camino. Ella ha construido un equipo de maestros y compañeros de equipo dedicados e increíbles, totalmente comprometidos con nuestros estudiantes. ¡Hoy quiero honrarla y agradecerle de todo corazón!

Sé que estos tiempos en nuestro país y en el mundo traen mucho trauma, especialmente para nuestros jóvenes. Quiero que sepa que creo que debemos seguir siendo un gran apoyo como familia escolar, cuidándonos unos a otros y brindando una experiencia escolar segura y de apoyo para cada uno de nuestros increíbles jóvenes que son Huskies. Tenga en cuenta que en cualquier momento que tenga una inquietud, una pregunta o una necesidad, es nuestro compromiso en Hamilton trabajar con usted y ayudarlo en todo lo que podamos. Esa es mi expectativa de toda la comunidad, y quiero que sepa que puede venir a verme si me necesita. ¡Somos muy afortunados de tenerte en nuestra Familia Hamilton como Huskies!

En conclusión, todos debemos enfocarnos intencionalmente en aprender tanto como podamos en estas últimas semanas de clases. Nuestros estudiantes han sido muy resistentes en estos tiempos, y debemos reanudar nuestro aprendizaje más profundo juntos para terminar el año con tanto aprendizaje como sea posible, para preparar a nuestros estudiantes para su próximo año escolar. Continúe animando a sus estudiantes sobre lo importante que es cada día en la escuela para su futuro.

Nuevamente, estoy lleno de gratitud por tenerte en nuestra comunidad de Hamilton. ¡Nuestra diversidad es nuestro mayor regalo en Hamilton! Estoy igualmente agradecido con nuestros increíbles maestros, ¡a quienes considero los mejores en nuestra ciudad!

Dear Wonderful Families,

I am sorry I could not join in person for our ELA PAC meeting.  I have been recovering from medical leave.  I want to take this opportunity to share greetings of well being and health to each and every one of your families.  We are honored you and your children are a part of our Hamilton family!  

Today, I want to extend the deepest of gratitude to Martha Gomez, our courageous and wonderful leader of our ELA Team.  Ms. Gomez has led our community with her brilliant skills as an educator and leader.  She has poured her heart into her leadership and improving equity and inclusion of our richly diverse linguistic community at Hamilton.  Through her tenure, she has led dramatic growth in our students’ tested achievement and on-track status.  She has built a team of devoted, amazing teachers and teammates, fully committed to our students.   Today, I want to honor her and say a heartfelt gratitude to her! 

I know that these times in our country and world bring much trauma, especially for our young people.  I want you to know that I believe that we must remain tightly supportive as a school family, looking out for one another and providing a safe and supportive school experience for each of our amazing young people who are Huskies.  Please know that anytime you have a concern, a question, or a need, it is our commitment at Hamilton to work with you and help in all ways we can.  That is my expectation of all community, and I want you to know you can come to me if you need me.  We are so fortunate to have you in our Hamilton Family as Huskies!

In conclusion, we must all focus intentionally on learning as much as we can in these final weeks of school.  Our students have been so resilient in these times, and we must resume our deepest of learning together to finish out the year with as much learning as possible, to prepare our students for their next school year.   Please continue to encourage your students of how important each day in school is to their futures.  

Again, I am filled with gratitude that we have you in our Hamilton community!  Our diversity is our greatest gift at Hamilton!  I am equally as grateful to our amazing teachers, whom I think our the best in our city!

أنا آسف لأنني لم أتمكن من الانضمام شخصيًا في اجتماع ELA PAC. لقد كنت أتعافى من إجازة مرضية. أود أن أغتنم هذه الفرصة لأشارك كل فرد من أفراد أسرتك بتحياتي بالرفاهية والصحة. يشرفنا أن تكون أنت وأطفالك جزءًا من عائلة هاميلتون!  

اليوم ، أود أن أعرب عن أعمق امتناني لمارثا جوميز ، قائدة فريقنا الشجاع والرائع لفريق ELA. قادت السيدة جوميز مجتمعنا بمهاراتها الرائعة كمعلمة وقائدة. لقد صبت قلبها في قيادتها وتحسين المساواة وإدماج مجتمعنا اللغوي المتنوع الغني في هاميلتون. خلال فترة عملها ، قادت نموًا هائلاً في إنجاز طلابنا الذي تم اختباره وحالتهم على المسار الصحيح. لقد أنشأت فريقًا من المدرسين المخلصين والمذهلين وزملائها ، الملتزمين تمامًا بطلابنا. اليوم أريد أن أكرمها وأعبر لها عن خالص الامتنان! 

أعلم أن هذه الأوقات في بلدنا وفي العالم تجلب الكثير من الصدمات ، خاصة لشبابنا. أريدك أن تعرف أنني أعتقد أنه يجب علينا أن نظل داعمين بشدة كأسرة مدرسية ، ونبحث عن بعضنا البعض ونوفر تجربة مدرسية آمنة وداعمة لكل من شبابنا المذهلين وهم أقوياء البنية. يرجى العلم أنه في أي وقت يكون لديك قلق أو سؤال أو حاجة ، فمن التزامنا في هاملتون العمل معك ومساعدتك بكل الطرق الممكنة. هذا هو توقعي من كل المجتمع ، وأريدك أن تعرف أنه يمكنك القدوم إلي إذا كنت بحاجة إلي. نحن محظوظون جدًا لوجودك في عائلة هاميلتون بصفتك أقوياء البنية!

في الختام ، يجب أن نركز جميعًا عن قصد على التعلم قدر الإمكان في هذه الأسابيع الأخيرة من المدرسة. لقد كان طلابنا مرنين للغاية في هذه الأوقات ، ويجب أن نستأنف أعمق تعلمنا معًا لإنهاء العام بأكبر قدر ممكن من التعلم ، لإعداد طلابنا للعام الدراسي المقبل. يرجى الاستمرار في تشجيع طلابك على مدى أهمية كل يوم في المدرسة لمستقبلهم.  

مرة أخرى ، أشعر بالامتنان لوجودك في مجتمع هاميلتون! تنوعنا هو أعظم هديتنا في هاميلتون! أنا ممتن بنفس القدر لمعلمينا الرائعين ، الذين أعتقد أنهم الأفضل في مدينتنا!
