Dear Parents and Community,
We received multiple messages and calls from families this morning regarding late routes We apologize on behalf of DPS transportation department for the inconvenience the late routes and lack of communication may have caused your family this morning.
I have reached out to the DPS Transportation Communication’s Office at DPS and was informed that the dashboard for communication was changed this year from Bus Bulletin to Messenger.
If you have not updated your information or completed your registration process at Hamilton Middle School you will not be receiving transportation notifications or messages of any kind from DPS or Hamilton Middle School. We have been trying to reach as many families as possible that have not completed their registration process for the 21-22 school year. We would love to help you update your information as we value clear and timely communication with our families and community. Please contact our Registrar Esther_Blackmon@dpsk12.org or my secretary Wassila_Hamitouche@dpsk.org for assistance with registration.
You may also update your contact information on the Parent Portal. If you need assistance accessing Parent Portal please reach out to our community Liaison Dimarlys_Suarez@dpsk12.org for support.
Transportation has recommended that families double-check their contact information to make sure they are all set to receive the School Messenger alerts. You can find instructions on how to do that here.
