We’ve listed resources and updates for families and youth:
Carpool, bike, walk, bus connections with your kids’ schoolmates
You can skip the long drop-off and pick-up lines when you sign up for the FREE SchoolPool program. Our secure system connects you with families in your neighborhood to share the responsibilities of getting the kids to school and back via carpooling, walking, biking or riding RTD or the school bus together.
Thousands of families from Denver-area schools are already connected to SchoolPool. Sign up to see the opportunities for connection in your neighborhood:
1. Search for the school
2. Email your school-specific program admin, and they will get you the link to register for your child’s school

To ride at no cost, show one of the following to the bus operator or fare inspector: current school ID, valid government-issued ID, alien registration/permanent resident card, Military ID/dependent card with DOB, or RTD-issued youth special discount card.
Provides Real-Time Air Quality Data to Denver Families
Children are more susceptible to the effects of poor air quality. In partnership with Denver Public Schools, the Denver Department of Public Health & Environment’s Love My Air program leads a citywide air quality monitoring network providing real-time data at local schools. Download the Love My Air app on Android or Apple or view it via browser.
On your mark, get set, register! The 27th annual National Walk& Roll toSchool Day is Oct 4, and registration is now open!
