SchoolChoice Information

To ensure equity, consistency, and simplicity in school enrollment, DPS launched the one-application, one-deadline SchoolChoice process over a decade ago. SchoolChoice has become a well-established practice among Denver families. The SchoolChoice Round 1 open enrollment window for the 2024-25 school year opens at 10 a.m. on Jan. 11 and runs through Feb. 12, 2024 at 4 p.m. Watch our video in English or Spanish to learn more about submitting your SchoolChoice application. Check out our FAQ for a larger overview of the SchoolChoice process.
