Fall Conferences 2023-24

Greetings Hamilton Family,  

Family Conferences will be held on September 19th and 21st from 4:15 pm–8:15 pm. 

You will have the option of scheduling either a virtual or in-person 10-minute time slot on either day that works best for you and your family. 

• Before signing up, review your child’s grades on the Parent Portal and discuss with your child which teacher(s) to visit.
• Watch the How-To Sign Up Video here
  • Sign up for in-person or virtual (see teacher sign-up links below)
  • Each teacher has a unique link to their shared calendar.
• Bring your student(s) to the conferences. 
• Interpretation services will be provided.

Automatic email confirmation for each family conference appointment you make will be sent to you and will include the video conferencing link if you are participating virtually.
