  • All Huskies received a Hamilton water bottle at the beginning of the school year. Please send your child with an extra water bottle to have in their locker if you feel your child might benefit from it.
  • We have a large number of students that indicated during registration that they use medications daily. If your child is currently taking medication, we need documentation in the nursing office! Contact Nurse Regan at regan_thornburg@dpsk12.org
  • We are quickly going through our shorts stash. If you have any shorts lying around that you feel like donating, we will gladly take them off your hands.

If Your Student is Learning In-Person:

If your student(s) is returning to in-person learning and has a medical condition requiring their need for medications to be administered to them at any time during the school day you must bring the following to the Health Office:

  1. Medication that has not expired
  2. Medication in the original box/packaging
  3. Medication Order Form filled out and signed by both parent/guardian and your student’s medical provider

You can locate all medication forms on this page!

Please don’t forget, if you need assistance obtaining free access to medical providers who can assist you with this process, Hamilton Students all have access to free health care this year.  Huskies also have the ability to see these providers virtually (or in-person in the case of our Denver Health Partners).  Please contact either Hazel Health or Denver Health at one of the links below if you need assistance to ensure your student has access to the medications they need while at school the remainder of the school year.

Please make sure your student(s) bring their medication, filled out medication form to the Nurse’s Office so we can ensure all students are able to return to Hamilton in the safest and healthiest way possible.
