Online registration for the 2021/22 school year is open until May 21st!! Don’t wait! Register your student today, and save time this fall. 8th Grade Continuation

Greetings Hamilton Huskies and Families,

We are excited to announce that the invitations for the 2021 8th Grade Continuation event will be arriving at your homes very soon! 

This year’s ceremony will take place on Thursday May 27 from 6:00 – 7:30 PM in the Hamilton Middle School Field. Scholars and their guests will have seating based on their RSVP. Click here to RSVP. It is important that you fill out this RSVP by Friday, May 7 so that we  can plan accordingly for all the health and safety guidelines we have to follow. Each student is allowed to bring up to four guests. 

If you do not RSVP we cannot guarantee that you will be able to attend the ceremony! 

You will be receiving a keepsake invitation. This invitation will be sent to families after they RSVP, and it will  include important information for the ceremony including your table number. You will need to bring this invitation with you to the ceremony. 

At the ceremony the following health and safety guidelines must be followed: 

  • Temperatures will be checked as you arrive. 
  • Masks will be required 
  • Please maintain a safe distance from those outside of your household. 
  • If you are feeling sick please stay home! 

We will be taking continuation photos so dress accordingly, you will be able to take your mask off for pictures!

 We are truly excited about this year’s event and look forward to hearing from all of you! 

Be sure to RSVP as soon as the Google form is shared tomorrow! It will be sent out through School Deets, and School Messenger, as well as being available on our website. 

If you are not able to attend we will be livestreaming the ceremony.

Picking Up Pictures & Yearbooks

We will be scheduling a day(s) for virtual students to drop off any materials they need to, as well as pick up pictures and yearbooks! We will send out information once we have selected the day(s) that we will be doing this!


ELA PAC Meeting

Reminder About Use of Fields Behind Hamilton

After school we have student atheltes practicing on the fields behind Hamilton. Please be respectful of practice time! The fields are closed to the public during practice, and pets are always prohibited on school property! These restrictions are for the safety of our students and staff! Please respect our student athletes, our coaches, and their practice time.

African American Young Ladies Summitt

Create spaces for AA young ladies to belong, be safe to grow, learn and feel like the amazing creations they are. Hamilton has a YYAFS group! We meet on Wednesdays from 3:15 – 4:00 pm. Google Meet Code: GGAAYLS.

African American Young Ladies’ Summit (AAYLS) consists of young ladies from 6th grade through college. The program started with 9th-12th grades and has expanded due to the demand of students and the community. Each gathering provides culturally responsive support in a trauma-informed/sensitive environment enriching the educational, social, intellectual and interpersonal opportunities for African American young ladies. LEARN MORE >>>>
